You may now pay "a la carte" for Daily Tour Activities that you choose, until paid in full. We are doing this to provide flexibility for attendees to choose what amenities they want to participate in, depending on their arrival and departure dates.  For the full impact of this once-in-a lifetime  experience, we hope you choose ALL, for a total Itinerary Package Cost of $550/per person

Below is a suggested payment schedule for remainder of Tour Package Itinerary Costs, per person. Your "total remainder" will depend upon the Tour Itinerary Daily Amenity Options that you have chosen from above.  

All Tour Itinerary Package Costs must be paid in full before 3/1/2024  

Note: Hotel  Reservations should be reserved at earliest opportunity and paid in full upon arrival.

Please arrange your airfare reservations with Delores Ali, at Blue Heaven Vacations, LLC, for best rates and to be included in our ground travel manifest.  Delores can also arrange your required Travel Insurance. She can also advise on air travel payment options.

Refund Policy for Tour Itinerary Costs paid

We know stuff happens and April 2024 seems a long way off. Perennial Preparedness, dba iPrep2Thrive™ will do everything within our ability to assure an enjoyable and memorable tour experience from beginning to end! WE'RE 100% COMMITTED!

ONCE YOU PAY YOUR DEPOSIT, WE'RE COUNTING ON YOU TO BE 100% COMMITTED TOO!

Therefore our return policy is as follows:

Initial deposits, as previously stated are non-refundable. This is an industry standard.

Should you cancel before March 1, 2024, 30% of your remaining payments paid in (excluding initial $100/person deposit which is non-refundable) for a maximum of $135.00/person 

Examples:

• You paid $100 Deposit and cancel. You receive no refund per the non-refundable deposit policy.
• You paid $100 Deposit and pay remaining $450, then cancel before March 1, 2024. You receive 30% of $445 = $135.00 Refund Maximum
• There will be no refunds of any Tour Itinerary Package Cost paid in, for cancellations made on or after March 1, 2024, with the following exception...
  

In the event of Government Imposed Travel Restriction, Nationwide Civil Emergency or Lock-down, or Federal Emergency Disaster Declaration affecting the New York State/Buffalo/Niagara Falls area, necessitating cancellation of the entire event. In this case, yes, 100% fees, including the Initial Deposit, will be returned to the attendee. 

Normal seasonal weather is not a consideration for cancellation.

Expectations: Temperatures in Niagara Falls area, will be in the 30’s-50’s. The Falls may even be partially frozen!   Prepare to dress accordingly!
